What is your refund policy?
We want to make easy returns for you so you are always satisfied with shopping with us. We will provide refunds once the order has been returned in the original packaging and in good condition. If a return is needed please contact us at Support@dygitalhouse.com
In order for a return to be valid, all of the following must be met:
- Signed Merchandise Return Request
- Original Shipping Package
- Original UPC barcode and and packing slip
- The returned products must contain all parts, items, tools, accessories, etc.
All refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment. Returns are valid for up to 90 days of purchase.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos email@example.com and we will either send you the free items or process a warranty claim.
