Changes/Cancellations of Orders:

We have a fundamental principle on fulfilling orders within 24 hours of receiving an order and shipping it un under 48 hours. Once the order is placed it will be difficult to cancel the order. If you need a cancellation of an order please reach us at support@shedsspace.com as soon as possible and we will work with you to make sure you are 100% satisfied.

Please ensure, prior to placing your order, that your Shopping Cart order (and prices) has been carefully checked for accuracy.  If you find an error in your shipping information, please call us as soon as possible to get this information corrected.

 What is your refund policy?

We want to make easy returns for you so you are always satisfied with shopping with us. We will provide refunds once the order has been returned in the original packaging and in good condition. If a return is needed please contact us at Support@dygitalhouse.com

In order for a return to be valid, all of the following must be met:

  • Signed Merchandise Return Request
  • Original Shipping Package
  • Original UPC barcode and and packing slip
  • The returned products must contain all parts, items, tools, accessories, etc.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

No, we currently only ship inside the united states.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Our orders arrive in 2-5 business days! We are centered on providing the highest quality shipping that handles every order with the outmost care and speed. If your order is not shipped within 5 business days, please contact us and we will send you a 5% Rebate.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order is shipped that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking information within 5 days, please contact us. 

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

  •     We currently have warehouses located in United States, Australia, China and Singapore.
  •     Can I pay in my local currency?
  •     The currency will be set to USD by default, this is converted to your currency once you reach checkout.
  •     I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?
  •     We have a large assortment of products stocked with various partners internationally. When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way! Again, please always contact us if you have any questions at all about your order!
  •     Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
  •     Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email information incorrectly. Throughout the process, we send 2-3 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfilment notice, and a shipping notice.
  •     If you believe you may have entered your email incorrectly, please contact us and we will fix it for you.
  • Making YOU happy is our number one priority.  If you do not receive your order within the estimated timeframe, if your order is defective (dead-on-arrival) or materially different from what was presented on the product page, we will refund your money.
